The company is currently in the process of internal restructuring to mark a clear line between WCT Construction & WCT Land account book. Once completed, the property arm will be re-listed as WCT Land Bhd. Both the construction arm & property arm will be parked under WCT Holding.

The management claim the move is to unlock the value of WCT Land - the property arm. Yes it is true, half truth,they always tell the good side of the story to public.

The other half truth , the restructuring also serves as mitigation plan to prevent any severe damage to the company operation should Meydan succeeded in their counter sue worth RM 3 billion ! At least, they still got property division running independently in case if the court outcome really not favorable.

Long term investors, park your bullets at their property arms once the restructuring completed. Avoid at once their construction arms, you never want to sleep with the time bomb exploding anytime
