ILoveDividend Anyone holding this counter? Very good dividend counter. It just got a new project not long ago: WILLOWGLEN MSC AWARDED RM8.96M CONNTRACT WILLOWGLEN MSC reported that 100%-owned WILLOWGLEN SERVICES pl had been awarded a contract to supply and install intruder detection systems for 2,500 distribution substations. The work is to be completed by Jan 2014, and the contract is worth RM8.96m.

ILoveDividend Both revenue & profit are improving. But lower dividend of 2.5cents was distributed due to lower profit contributed from Q1, Q2 & Q3.

ILoveDividend Another new contract awarded. 柳谷系統獲494萬合約（吉隆坡23日訊）柳谷系統（WILLOW，0008，主要板科技股）獲頒總值494萬4000令吉，為期兩年電梯監視系統合約。該公司向馬證交所報備，新加坡獨資子公司柳谷服務（Willowglen Services）獲得電梯監視系統的供應、遞送、裝置及維修合約，為期48個月。該公司指出，上述合約不會被履新，並在2016年3月前完成。 “這項合約料可積極貢獻從今年起到2015年的盈利。” 柳谷系統強調，業務料只存有可管理，但不顯著的正常風險。 http://www.chinapress.com.my/node/296052

CNY2012 NEW CONTRACT AWARDED On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Bhd ("the Company"), we are pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to about RM4,944,000 for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of lift surveillance system for a period of 48 months. The contract is not renewable and will be completed by March 2016. The contract is expected to contribute to the Group's earnings for the financial years ending 31 December 2012 to 2015. The risk in respect of the contract are the normal business risks but they are expected to be manageable and not significant. None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the said directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”), we are pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been awarded contracts valued at RM 17,992,070 for the Design, Manufacture, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of SCADA and CCTV Systems for the local railway project. The contracts will be completed by August 2014 and are expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2012 to 2014. ILoveDividend Finally got a new contract. I'm targeting at least 3.5 cents dividend for FY 2013. Its business will be sustained at least for the coming 2-3 years based on the contract awarded for the past 2 years. NEW CONTRACTS AWARDED On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“Company”), we are pleased to announce that on 30 December 2013 the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded the following contracts by Public Utilities Board, Singapore: A contract valued equivalent to about RM12,380,000 for the Upgrading of Existing SCADA System for Water Supply Network. The commencement date of the contract is on 6 January 2014 and will be completed by 5 January 2016. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2014 to 2015. A contract valued equivalent to about RM5,490,000 for the Maintenance of the Upgraded Existing SCADA System for Water Supply Network. The commencement date of the contract is on 6 January 2016 and will be completed by 5 January 2021. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2016 to 2021. The contracts are not renewable and the risks in respect of the contracts are the normal business risks.
