Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finsource Credit (M) Sdn. Bhd., a moneylending company in the ordinary course of its business for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2022.
