We refer to the announcements on 29 April 2022, 28 July 2022 and 28 October 2022. 

Further to the Company’s announcement on 28 October 2022, the Company wishes to update that the cheque for the option price has been cleared. Accordingly, the shares in MYSJ held by Hasrat Budi Sdn Bhd (“HBSB”), the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, will be retransferred, whereupon HBSB will no longer hold any shares in MYSJ. HBSB’s representatives will also resign as directors of MYSJ.
