Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 31 May 2022 and 1 July 2022 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company is in the process of formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”). The Company has approximately ten months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under the PN17.
