The Board of Directors of IWCITY wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions or a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to the Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
