Following the Movement Control Order 2.0 (“MCO 2.0”) period as imposed by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted a 1-month extension for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021.

The Board of Directors of IWCITY wishes to announce that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension granted by Bursa Securities for the Company to issue its annual reports that include the annual audited financial statements and the auditors’ and directors’ reports which are due on 30 April 2021 by 31 May 2021.
