We wish to announce that Axiata will be seeking its shareholders’ approval for shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular on the above will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
