Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period imposed by the Government to contain the spread of COVID-19, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted an extension of time for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports, which are due by 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021.

The Company wishes to inform that it will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 and annual report are issued latest by 31 March 2021 and 31 May 2021 respectively.
